The journey that would become Northstar Rentals started in 2008, when two partners purchased a duplex rental property in Erie with the dream of building a business through purchasing, renovating, and renting real estate. Although there were many bumps along the way, that dream never died, and the business continued to grow and improve. A third partner joined the team in 2015. In 2020, Geryll bought out the other two partners to move into sole ownership of the real estate rental assets, and since 2020 has built the business on a foundation of family first, community first values.
